1. Returns/Exchanges- All sales are final. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
2. When will my order ship? Your order will ship in 3-8 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). However, your order may take time to be delivered due to the post office delays.
3. What if my order says delivered and I have not received it? Please contact the shipping company and file a claim on their website.
4. What if I have a problem with my order? Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
5. What if I need to make changes to my order? Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been submitted due to inventory purposes. Please make sure that you look over your order (size, color, etc.) prior to checking out, including the use of a discount code! We will not be able to adjust prices after your order has been submitted.
6. Can I use a discount code & free shipping in one transaction? Only 1 discount code may be applied per order. This also applies to free shipping discount codes.
7. Is my 91Greater shirt men's or women's sizing? All 91Greater clothing and accessories are unisex sizing unless listed as kids sizing (please see size chart prior to ordering).
